Duties/Responsibilities:

Endocyte is a privately held biotechnology company headquartered in the Purdue Research Park in West Lafayette, Ind. We are currently seeking a Corporate Controller to join our team!

The qualified candidate will report to the CFO and will provide oversight for the management of direction of financial activities and ensures company accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting procedures.  Oversight of all day-to-day accounting and management reporting functions.  

• Files registration statement, managing SEC responses, filing follow-on public statements and Forms 10-Q and 10-K.
• Transitions financial systems and builds SOX process.  
  

Requirements/Qualifications:

• BA/BS in accounting or finance and CPA.
• 3+ years experience in a leadership role responsible for SEC reporting and SOX execution for a public company.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring staff, experience identifying and implementing change and process improvement within an accounting/finance department.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
