• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field. Consideration will be given to a combination of related education and required work experience.
• Two years of information technology experience in a technical role (systems, network administration , development, programming, analysis or other related areas)
• Experience with successfully handling confidential data in a secure and audited environment.
• Experience with security tools including log monitoring, intrusion detection, access control and attack response and recovery practices.
• Strong SQL database and Unix scripting skills and awareness of application system design requirements. In-depth knowledge of Unix and Windows operating system administration and networking. LAN/WAN TCP/IP networking in a heterogeneous environment using secure protocols.
• Programming experience. Shell (bash, csh), Perl, Java, php
• Ability to be self-motivated, work independently, quality and detail conscious,  and interact with a variety of customers in a professional manner.

Vasc-Alert LLC is a software company with a patented medical device analysis process. We offer our reports on a ‘Software as a Service’ basis and focus on the hemodialysis market worldwide. The Vasc-Alert system provides a cost-effective means to determine the risk of clotting in the vascular access sites of hemodialysis patients.

• Position location –West Lafayette, IN.
• Based on business need some weekend and evening work may be required.
