Our 78-acre Indianapolis-based research park is located on prime land along the I-70 corridor near the midfield terminal of the Indianapolis International Airport. This park’s flagship incubator, the Purdue Technology Center of Indianapolis, is scheduled to open in the spring of 2009.

Our mixed-use, business and technology park under development by Purdue Research Foundation and Holladay Properties is the centerpiece of the latest 400-acre phase of AmeriPlex-Indianapolis, a nearly 1,500-acre development.
